1 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cups gram flour
1 cups chopped methi
1 tsp coriander
2 tbsp cumin and red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp curd
Directions
add all ingredients and knead a soft dough, keep it aside for 5 minutes and knead back.
Make small balls and roll into paratha/ thepla , heat tawa and cook paratha on both sides by applying oil or ghee
When its cooked serve with lemon pickle.
