Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups gram flour


  • 1 cups chopped methi


  • 1 tsp coriander


  • 2 tbsp cumin and red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste.


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tbsp curd

Directions

  • add all ingredients and knead a soft dough, keep it aside for 5 minutes and knead back.
  • Make small balls and roll into paratha/ thepla , heat tawa and cook paratha on both sides by applying oil or ghee
  • When its cooked serve with lemon pickle.
